Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on GikMobil for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• • Transmit or send the materials over any network
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

GikMobil provides predictive insights based on AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, these predictions are not guarantees. Vehicle performance and failure predictions should not be considered as professional automotive advice from a certified mechanic.

All materials on GikMobil are provided on an 'as is' basis. GikMobil makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Subscription Plans

GikMobil offers various subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by:

• • Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
• • Contacting support at support@gikmobil.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access until the period ends.

You agree not to use GikMobil to:

• • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or mechanics
• • Post false or misleading information
• • Interfere with service operations
• • Transmit viruses or malicious code
• • Violate any applicable laws
• • Violate intellectual property rights

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. Both parties waive the right to jury trial.

GikMobil Fleet accounts are subject to additional terms. Fleet managers are responsible for all users under their account and agree to indemnify GikMobil for violations.
